WiFi 6 AX is the 6th (sixth) Generation of WiFi. WiFi 6 and WiFi AX are the same thing. WiFi 6 AX is able to connect up to 400% more devices than WiFi AC.
What is TriBand...
Most WiFi routers are dual band and have 2 frequency bands, 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz. The 2.4 Ghz band is slower but can go further distances and through walls, the 5.0 Ghz band is fast but is short range.
TriBand has two 5.0 Ghz channels and one 2.4 Ghz channel. The second 5.0 Ghz channel can be used as a back channel to manage all the local network data between the main WiFi router and WiFi Mesh APs, or as a second channel to manage front facing traffic. TriBand is better than Dual Band.
What is MESH
Mesh simply means a group of 2 or 3 WiFi instead of 1. The closer you are to a WiFi the stronger the signal and faster your connection. Each Mesh WiFi AP is usually designed for 1000 - 2500 sq ft. so just add an extra Mesh WiFi for each floor or each area of your home that you need faster WiFi.
Wicked suggest placing the main Mesh WiFi Router near the center of your home. Place the second Mesh WiFi at one end of your home and then place the third Mesh WiFi at the other end of your home like a hub and spoke.
What is Hard-Line cat5...
A cat5 cable is not wireless so it does not have any interference or speed losses that WiFi has. WiFi may be up to half the speed of a hard wired cat5 connection. For mission critical needs like zoom presentations or gaming devices, we suggest connection to your WiFi router with a Cat5 hardline cable. WiFi speeds will always be slower than hardline speeds on same network.
