The Wicked promise is simple - we will work harder and jump higher to make sure you are happy! The speeds on our plans are baseline speeds, they are honest and real, not sneaky "UP TO" speeds that other providers hide behind. Our speed commitment has basic conditions to protect us from things we cannot control. The Wicked network is wireless. During excessive weather conditions including nearby lightening storms, excessive wind, excessive rain, excessive snow, or slush and sleet, the Wicked network may see reduced speeds or dropped connections. Normal day to day weather has no impact. In addition to weather, Wicked cannot control national and global third party fiber networks that Wicked connects to. There will be events with third party fiber providers and third party data centers that impact Wicked. Wicked has back-up connections in place, but in 2019 four fiber providers in Utah dropped at the same time, taking down Wicked and cellular networks and thousands of other companies as well. Wicked also does not control the utilities, and power outages may impact service. Wicked does have battery back-up but even that is known to fail from time to time. The Wicked Network is very solid and very well engineered and very well built, but we are just a link in the chain, and when a link above us fails, it impacts Wicked. Wicked is wireless and Wicked Fast Internet LLC is not responsible for any losses due to any connection failures for any reason. During outage events, Wicked will post updates on our web site tech page.

Lets talk speed test - The true speed we deliver is measured at the cat5 hardwire Wicked provided router handoff BEFORE connecting to your WiFi. WiFi is not a true value of actual delivered hardline speed as it can show slower due to interference, different areas of your home (range to WiFi) or when your WiFi is loaded with other connected devices. Your Wifi will even show different values based on processor speed of the connected devices. Also, your WiFi model may be designed for speeds far below what Wicked delivers and again, your WiFi may also be impacted by neighboring interference... So to be fair, Wicked measures your delivered speed with cat5 to port 2 on your Wicked router in your home. To measure the actual delivered true speed, plug a laptop or computer directly into port 2 on your Wicked router with a cat5 ethernet cable, and unplug your WiFi. Then open a browser (chrome, Safari, Explorer, Mozilla) and go to www.speedtest.net . Make sure the server (at the bottom right of the GO button) says Wicked. Your average combined speed should always be above your subscription level speed. Wicked does not place limits on our 5G Unlimited plans, so your speed will often be much higher than what expect or you pay for. Understand that Wicked commits to meet your subscription speed under normal conditions, any average combined speed above that exceeds our commitment. As part of our commitment, the homeowner is responsible for keeping a clear path on their property, free of tree branches or snow drifts and other obstructions, between the Wicked antenna (attached to your home) and our tower. For safety reasons, Do Not clear your dish of slush, allow the slush to slide off.

Note - not all homes will qualify for Wicked 5G service due to non-line-of-sight to our towers or being too far away from our towers. If your speed does not meet our expectation we will not complete the install or charge you.
